Tour de Georgia organizers have e-mailed potential host cities to expect an announcement in mid to late September.

Kelly Greene, venue director for Medalist Sports, said a decision will likely be made by mid to late September following the Governor's Conference on Tourism, planned for Sept. 12-15.
